Hi,

Currently my web published in a webhosting service company which is far away from my location. I'd like to adjust the time appears on my guestbook to be the same as my current location (instead of server location).

Does anyone can help me on this?

Thank's beforehand,
Glenn

The timezone offset can be adjusted in the Style section of Admin.

Hi,

Thank's for the response. I have changed the time offset from '0' to '10'. It did change the existing data time field to my local time, but it did not adjust display time to my local time. New entry also not affected by the time offset.

Please advise.

Thank's & regards,
Glenn

the guestbook stores the time/date as a unix timestamp. It only applies the adjustment when the entries are displayed so they should all be changed.

I've changed the time in STYLES as suggested in this thread. Server is in Phoenix. Want times reflected in Eastern (US) time. Changed the value to 3. Verified change in SQL offset=3.

Nothing appears different. Time stamps on message remain 3 hours off.

ANyone suggest anything?

Thanks!

Stan

Hi

Yes, tried -3 and several other values. Nothing has any effect on that setting.

Thanks!
