Who is this? and what is the purpose of this email address?

This my first time encountering with PHP,

I have the following problem;

When I use the script 'install.php' to create the tables, I get this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: php_sapi_name() in ./admin/config.inc.php on line 64

Help me please....
