I solve my problem by changing the charset "charset=8859-1" instead of "charset=utf-8". I can use some accented characters
(éèàô...) without probleme : they are displayed correctly and the answer is taken into account.

Nevertheless, the problem remains...
you do not vote for the first question ? The counter is still to 0...

Please vote and see the result...
Thank you for your reply.

Clik on the first question "On n'aurait pas dû la...". Your choice do not increment the result counter.

Click on the second question "Aux environs du 15..." (without accent), your choice is taken into account

I noticed a small mistake on my part in the third question: I wrote "Aux environs du 22 (apr&egraves la reunion des Confs)" and I forgot the semicolon after "&egraves". With IE8 the texte appears "après", with Firefox, Opera, Safari it appears "apr&egraves". And the vote is counted.
Hi friends,

I think my problem is not new but I have not found an answer on this forum...

In french we are some letters with accent : é è ê à...

In Advanced poll ( v2.0.8 ) I started writing my questions normally but accented characters appear strangely...

I have remplaced:
-é by é
-è by è
- ...etc...

The words are now displayed correctly.
But the corresponding response is not included in the counter of survey and remains at 0
When a question is without accent, the counter of this reponse is incremented normally.

Demo of my polls : http://sudupnancy.free.fr/sondages.php (you can vote many time !)

Any idea ?
Thank you
