Hi, I have a guestbook, and a person is spamming it. I have forgotten what the username and password is, I have tried everything! Is there any way to do it other ways, through ftp etc, or by contacting the company itself?

use the script forget_pass.php in the misc folder

I dont have that on there... It has been installed from the hosting companies contol panel...
