Hello,

My problem is, my overall system volume is too loud when I'm using my headphones. It's not quite so bad on my notebook, where a volume of 4-8 is comfortable (albeit stupid), but on my desktop even the lowest volume of 2 is what I'd consider "normal" volume, which makes loud things problematic. I don't think my headphones are anything unusual, just a pair of ~$60 Sennheisers. On the internet, it seems that people only have the problem of overall volume being too low, not the opposite. Are any of you aware of any hidden switches I can flip to get things under control?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
