I installed everything and it works fine, but when I tried to sign the guest book it gave me the following...

Warning: Address is not a valid IPv4 IPv6 address in /home/sites/mysitehere.com/gb/lib/add.class.php on line 252.

After that it signs and redirects me to the main page, can someone tell me what the problem is?
