Advanced Guestbook

I need help with the advanced guestbook...it came with my web hosting service from ipowerweb and there were NO instructions at all not even one word explaining what to do and in what order
Im so new to this I dont know where to start, I have the style and colors set up in my guestbook but when i try to sign it an error comes up

One of the input fields does not seem to be valid.

I have not edited the templates because I have no idea where to change and what to change it to like i said there were NO instructions and I am no good at mind reading
does anyone know if there is a help section? any installation directions?
a finger that points and says "that way" throw me a bone here
btw your entire set up of this guestbook is totally screwed it wouldnt kill you to put in a few lines explaining what to do@proxy

It would seem to me that the logical place to start (for support) is with the people who installed the guestbook.

I agree with the previous Guest who said go back to your provider and see if they can help.

In all honesty, no one in this forum gives a damn about guestbook users, they're just interested in their polls and being obnoxious
