how can i use the free scripts in php or in perl, in a web page

upload, install and run.

basically if you are asking that type of question, you might want to read up on it on the web. I can't be bothered to answer a question like this.

but have a real web host. (geocities and the likes, do not count)

if you don't want to do that, then just get one of those free linked guestbooks out there that have hundreds of pop-ups and spam all over them.
