phpwebsite 0.9x and Advanched Guestbook

Does anyone here have knowledge about how to get the guestbook working in phpwebsite 0.9.x (http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu/).

I tryed and can get it worked in a new windows, but not as a part of phpwebsite 0.9x. There are some fixed version from ealier editons, but they have also some trouble.

I don't get it done at this moment, are here some experts, who could help me?
