I CANT INSTALL THIS LINK PAGE, I DONT KNOW WAT IS THE PROBLEM guys what can i do? i dont know how to install it i edit the link.pl and i put my links there for the stuff needed but when i run it and i go to add links it says misconfiguration?

can you guys tell me where exactly i have to configure?
