Hi, how do i get the advanced guestbook tbook to accept more than 1 image? i want 2 pics

Ive alterred the form to have 2 file fields. how do i change the database,
(add fields p_filename2 etc?) and the scripts. Can anyone help me or does anyone have this alteration working? thanks
