Guestbook 2.3.1 - don't wanna show CE characters

When someone add entry in guestbook, it don't want show our characters (Central European).
How I can change it?

I have the same problem.

What do you mean by that?? Language,smileys,male,female symbols???

Open up lang/LANGUAGE.php where LANGUAGE is your chosen language. Replace
with

Yours may not exactly match the first bit of code but you will see it as it's the first entry.
