The guestbook works perfectly. But if pictures are uploaded they're some kind distorted or corrupted. Any Ideas?

I have the same problem. They are not corruptet, but public users are not allowed to view the images, only administrator. U can find the images in Guestbok\Public\ with FTP and change permission, but i dont know how to make the guestbook change permission so everyone can view on default.
