how to include results from previous poll

How do I include the results from a previous poll? I added this

But ended up getting a parse error

So then I modified it a little to this

and now I get an error say it

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/poll/pollphp/booth.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /path/to/file/index.php on line 817

I'm not sure what this means or what I am doing incorrectly. All help is greatly appreciated.

allmost allways your path has to begin with www or something like that,

try to put it before
/poll/pollphp/booth.php

I mean

/www/poll/pollphp/booth.php
