I read in another post that there was a guide to setup Adv Guestbook. I need the guide to correctly configuring MySQL, PHP4, IIS5 to work with the Advanced Guestbook.

I've installed IIS5, MySQL and PHP4 on my computer locally. I need to know where to put the guestbook files and exactly how to set everything up.

I appreciate your help.
