How do I show the comments?

This may be a stupid question, but I haven't been able to find it in the forums yet. Anyway...

I have a poll that I managed to get installed, and it accepts comments - but I can't figure out where to see the comments. When I go to the sub-directory hosting comments.php I get the following error:

Poll ID does not exist or is disabled!

I'm REALLY unfamiliar with PHP, but I thought that would have been set up with the installation. Any ideas how I can find the comments and have them accessible from within the poll after they submit a comment?
