Question: Update Advanced Guestbook

Hi,

short question. I´m running Advanced Guestbook 2.2. I like to make a update to 2.3.1, will it keep the mySQL database or destroy it?

It will keep it but you will have to manually change the field type of one of the SQL entries.

Is this true that i must only for the update from 2.2 to 2.3.1.
Update with "db_update_v22-23.sql" the Database and copy the hole folder?

It's a start but leaves some things out and doesn't edit the timestamp entry. I'll take another look at writing an update script for this. May I ask why you are updating?
