Looks like somewhere they changed the word "book" to "obok"

Maybe check the lib/add.class.php file. Do a search for obok and, if found, change it to book.

"obok" in polish means "near"
and I think that it came from it.
there in the lib/add.class.php file isn't any "obok" word.

and - Yes, I edited few files.

No errors other than a 404 page shows up for me when I visit.

If you modified some lines of script, go back and make certain that you did not forget any opening or closing quotes and have the semi-colons in order on the files that you changed.

That would be my only suggestion at this time. I'm heading out so I can't hang around. Sorry!

Was it the script you edited or just the templates? If it was the script it's self then I suggest downloading the script again from here, uploading everything except the templates, then modify it as you wish remembering to comment your mods and test it AFTER EVERY MOD.
