Drop navigation box

Okay I am new at this; I want to add to the drop down navigation box at th top right corner of the guest book but I can not find the documentation for it anywhere and all it presently shows is Guestbook and I want to add more to it, anything I try to add to it winds up on the out side of the menu box and not in it and to make it worse even those items redirect back to the guestbook and not to the page I want it to jump to............please help
