Has anybody built a form for users to create accounts and edit their own entries ?

here's my stripped-down version of advgb . . . http://eprak.com/guestbook/beauguest.php

I want users to be able to login, and be able to edit everything in their entry including their image .

Any suggestions appreciated.

Yeah, I know it seems I'm using the wrong program. But a forum has a lot of features I don't need and users still cannot login to edit their own past entries.

I'm trying to make a simple list where users create an account; post a head-shot with a short note and a link; and can go back and edit their listing or upload a new photo anytime they want.

Maybe there's another program to use, but lazarus has some good features and seems stable.

The sample document I made is really all I need, if the users could just edit their links.

does anybody know a more suitible program? maybe thats what I should do.

Thanks for the lead . . .

A full-blown cms is more than I need for what I'm doing.

What I may try is one of those "rate my whatever" scripts.

I may still use it and just make my own user-edit form. Lazarus is really a nice project. Are you still looking for a logo?

No that site offers more than just CMS. They have blogs, forums, shopping carts etc all there for you to try.
