can any one plz help me with the installation of AG 2.3.1?
I downloaded the file,but dont understand much of the read me txt

Eks:
1. Open the configuration file 'config.inc.php' with a text editor
and set up your database settings.
How I know where or what my database settings are?
Can you give me an example?

3.Give write permissions to these directories:

- public - 777 (drwxrwxrwx) (directory)
- tmp - 777 (drwxrwxrwx) (directory)

Where are these directories?Do I have to make one in the root of my web folder?

Can this be my database settings?

and what should the CHMOD be for the guestbook folder?
