Greek Advanced Poll Problem!!!

I would apreciate if anybody help me with this problem of encoding. When i am making a poll with version 2.4 the preview works fine (I made greek lang file with iso-8859-7) but when i copy paste the code for my htm page then the encoding changes to unreadable text!!! (http://www.ikaria.gr/hellenic/poll.htm) the program that i use to write html, writes on utf-8 charset so i tried and changed in greek lang file this too but the results was worst than ever. In first case if i choose from browser the spesific endoding (greek iso-8859-7) the text changes to normal (but the problem steel reamains for all the others who do not know how to change the view encoding...) in seconde case everything is a mess.
So my problem is that i don't know what to change so no encoding change from browser needs each time.... HELP HELP HELP i am working on it about 3 days now.....
