Delete guestbook - never received responses to help question

I read the required post before posting my question about the advanced guest book. It wasn't answered in the required post nor in the forum so I decided to delete all messages and the guestbook - only to find the guest book has not been deleted

How do I delete the guestbook? There are way to many people spamming it

. I no longer receive the bounced emails because of the options I chose but that doesn't mean I want it just sitting out there either.
