Well I've just been through most of the files and it looks like it's mainly a rewrite of the captcha and a security patch.

You fixed for me the header.php and footer.php templates. Are also those files rewritten?

Don't think so. The changes he made shouldn't affect the templates.

Hello, any easiest way to upgrade from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3 or apply the security patch without re-making the entire integrated site with 2.4.2?

Is upgrading necessary?

Any changed-files only package for download?

I don't think any templates have been changes so just download 2.4.3 and replace everything except the templates folder and the config.inc.php file in the admin folder.
