please help with polls and lists

Hi guys;

im using Advanced poll atm; first i have to say that is a great one.

but i got this problem... i tried to add the NEWEST poll and then list other polls under it... it seems work fine but actually not. whenver u click on the list, if it already voted then it show the poll; if not it sill show untill u click on the result... Whenever u click on the result it jump to the newest poll.

above is my code; i think it is right. Can you guys please spare sometimes to show me or explain how to correct all the things?
