Where do I uplaod the files: daily.txt, and dcounter.shtml? Do I change the permissions on these files and to what? Please contact me on these:

To change permission you can use any FTP program that allows you to.
I use FTP Voyager and you just have to right-click the file or dir you want to change permission and select the right command.
