Changeor remove email address under name

How can I change the email address format from

myself(at)mydomain(dot)com

to

myself@mydomain.com

Removing it completely would probably be better.

And Can I disable Comments.

1 - Edit either gb.class.php to stop the change or templates/entry.php to remove the email from displaying.

2 - You can remove the comment.php file and the comment link from entry.php but thats the only option.
