Changing dates after importing from old guest book  XML

Ive imported the entries from my old guest book to the new one, and this works fine.
Ive now calculated the unix time for the dates of the old entries.

I see from previous posts about using myphpadmin to edit the entries, but what field in the data base do I edit?

The table is book_data. The field is date
