Hi to all!
Is it possible to make time for option "Check IP table" in minutes instead of hour? Can I block for 15 minutes?

The time unit is 1 hour. You can only change the code to do this.

From the class file class_poll.php replace the line

with
[Email] [WWW]

It does not work correctly. I set up 15 in admin page. But if I clear cookie I can vote at once. Not after 15 minutes.
May be the correct code:

The time is calculate in seconds.
