how to install the counter?

how do i install the counter ???

Upload the unzipped files to a directory on your webserver or
unzip the file there.
chmod the directories to 777, and the files to 666, 644 should do for
the images.
Point your browser to the directory you installed in /demo.php

That should do the trick.
Now choose the design you would like to use and change the code shown
below each counter-image and include the code in your webpage
