enable password protection for comments and remove the comment button from the guestbook.

how do I remove the comment button????

I am using the guestbook for a homework online..I want teachers only to post..the kids are hitting the comment button and posting....EVEN THO I HAVE IT PASSWORD PROTECTED!!...and yes..I deleted the admin and addentry links from everywhere....so I need to take the comment option OFF..cuz the password protect apparently works when it wants to
