Got it figured out

Im not sure what i am doing wrong. I cant seen to figure out how to link to guestbook. My files are in a folder /guestbook, all other files html are in a folder for my site. I have a server on my computer but dont seem to get the link right. When i type in www.mydomainname.co/guestbook it comes up, but when i go to my main index page and click on guestbook i get page cant be displayed. Not sure what to put for the href="" for it to open guestbook, Any help with this

I know you can use target="_blank" and have it open in a new window if you want to but myself i would rather have links to different pages.
