I've installed and successfully run the poll for a couple weeks now. For some reason, the poll now says "you've already voted" for most anyone that visits the site. I've double checked the IP check is off and have changed the lockout time to 0, but nothing seems to help.

What is causing this and what do I need to do in order to fix?
