Can you delete entries from the cpanel?

Since the last contact I uploaded all the files in lib. Didn't work. What do you need to fix it. I won't learn anything from this if you fix it for me.

When I load up the guestbook2.3 I had to change the things I wanted like the footer and images before I could touch the english.php or the entire thing went weird. I am trying to avoid doing this all over again. But I only takes 10 minutes. The website is http://www.aluminouspublishing.com/guestbook/index.php

I uploaded the lib/admin/class.php again but it still didn't work. Why would it happen all of a sudden?

I am having the same problem. I can not delete the posts. This has happen in the past week. It was working fine until the last posting with a link to this site as posters homepage.

When I click this site it goes to a violation and notice of site removed for violations. He has posted on many guestbooks because I put his email in google.
I am not sure if this posting is the problem. Do you have this posting on your guestbook too?

I have been having a problem with the guestbook 2.3 too. I upgraded in July to 2.3 from 2.0 because I was hacked. The new guestbook was working fine. Then I had a post in German. I check out his email in google and he has posted on many guestbooks. His home page was a casino site. When I click on the link in my guestbook. The host had taken off his site and placed a message stating he had violate agreements in what internet thing he was doing. Not sure what. Anyway, when I went to delete his posting in my easy admin, I got an error page that says

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: gb_image in /home/aluminou/public_html/guestbook/lib/admin.class.php on line 101

It is also comin up in the private message admin. I found the line with gb_image but what do I do with it?
Is this a hack of some kind?

I had my guestbook hacked the second day I put it up. At first I was shocked. I could not get in to the admin page because my password was changes. I found a generic code ( I think I found it on this site)

that the hacker probably used. I used it to acess my easyadmin to delete the posting. If you can't see the delete button, left click and slide across the page to highlight all the words. The delete button is over to the right. He changed the background and text to all black and the text to 0. I changed it all back including my password. However, then I placed a gif as the background in the body.php
Type <body background="img/yourwallpaper.gif"> at the top of the body.php in admin files for your site (not the simple admin page). Upload the wallpaper for the background for the guestbook. That way at least the entire guestbook page in not turned black.
I don't think I will upgrade the guestbook because this problem maybe annoying but it is easy to fix.
