I have an ongoing problem with internal server errors when the sign guestbook link is clicked on. My hosting company are not replying to support tickets, could anyone here please tell me if there is anything I can do to correct this myself, Thanks

I have no idea what they mean. I had not changed anything so I don't know why the errors are now happening.

I am still waiting for a reply from my hosting company.

when I click on sign the guestbook I get an internal server 500 error page, but I don't know what is causing it. It was wroking fine and I have not changed anything so I can't figure out why it is suddenly happening.

agb was working very well, but after noticing no entries for a long time I tried to sign the guestbooks myself and I received an internal server error.

I have emailed my hosting compnay but I have had no reply so far. I have searched the forums, but I have not found anything.

Is there anythng I can do to try and resolve the problem?

Thanks my hosting company sorted out the problem for me. I don't allow html in the guestbook anymore.

So many idiots about !

someone has entered javascript in guestbook and it brings up a message on a pop up which freezes the page. This also happens when I go to the admin and try to delete the entry. The message says my site has been taken over.
How can I get rid of this entry and stop it from happening again.

Only a short time ago my guestbook was hacked and I upgraded to solve that - I just don't know what the matter is with all these people do they just sit at their computers all day and night and try to mess up our guestbooks - why ? what for ?
