Good day, I encountered an error message on the webpage that displayed the poll when a guest cast a vote here is the error below:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/hiccom/public_html/index.php:2) in /home/hiccom/public_html/poll/db/poll_cookie.php on line 21

did I miss something on the installations?

Good day, I have already uploaded and installed the db version of advanced poll and I have followed the instructions but when I tried to put the code on the webpage this will display on the webpage poll_process(3); ?> instead of the poll. Thanx
