Thanks Carb,
A couple of problems here. I have edited english.php, aim.php and form_aim.php and added a new gif file to the image folder.
Im getting this error after clicking submit: "One of the input fields does not seem to be valid"
Im assuming its looking for a valid AIM screen name?
The changes i made are as follows:
aim.php - Changed gif name to new gif name, deleted <a href="aim:goim?screenname=$row[aim]&message=Hello"> to eliminate attempted launching of AIM when icon was clicked.
form_aim.php - changed gif name to new gif name, changed AIM to Home Group, deleted name="gb_aim"
englsih.php - changed $LANG["AltAim"] = "Instant Messenger"; to $LANG["AltAim"] = "Home Group";

I also edited an entry in the guest book and i see that there are different templates for those pages. Ill have to change those as well if i really want to clean things up. For some reason the new icon shows up after entering in text in the AIM field but nothing shows up in the AIM (Home Group) field after submitting changes.

Any help would be appreciated if it would help i can send you the URL.
Hi All,
I want to change the field name for Homepage to Home Group and eliminate the http://. Or create a new field name altogether called Home Group.
Doesnt look as easy as it sounds. Im running the latest version 2.3.3 of GB.
I did find this one post: http://proxy2.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2782&highlight=change+field+name
But its not that clear to me exactly what needs to be done and if it would work with the latest version of GB.
I was able to get into phpmyadmin through C-Panel but i am new to all this and im hoping there might be an easier way.

Thanks
