Hello may it is so easy but I don't find how can I allow my users to write a url longer than +/-70 caracters.

Is it possible to change it?

May be it is so easy but I can not take index.php to another folder, please what I have to change to be able to put the index.php in one upper level?

index.php
/guestbook/ with everything inside.
