On the advanced guestbook how do you change the main index.php title at the top from Guestbook to something else?

I have everything black with red barriers and red text in my advanced guestbook but when you post a comment to someones guestbook entry it is black which the background is also, is there any thing you can edit so the comment text is red instead of black?
