how and where can I place a link button to my web page index?

when a visitor post a message have the following:

[error] PHP Warning: unlink(index.html): Permission denied in /home/mariadel/public_html/foro/lib/add.class.php on line 80

or it have to press refresh in the sign page to make the message accepted.

what can i do?

when submitting a new post this is the error message:

also says the message have error and really it doesnot contains any.
