Hallo.
I have the same problem with Å Ä Ö.
But.. Im from sweden and dont understand.. :oops:

Can someone please write how to fix this in english (or swedish )

I have chosen Swedish in the General Settings.
In the admin settings ÅÄÖ looks like ÅÄÖ.
But on my homepage Å Ä Ö looks like this: �

I have tried different languages...
