Email sent. Lib and templates folders attached.

Thanks.
I have downloaded the templates and the lib folders. Where would you like me to send them?

Thanks
Are you referring to the GB files in the guestbook/admin folder i.e. config.inc, footer.inc, panel_edit.inc etc.? Or something else?

I have a cpanel and phpMyAdmin.
Carbonize,

I am not sure how the transfer of the guestbook was accomplished...my new hosting company made the transfer for me. Sorry.
The code in "verify.php" in my GB begins with the following:

"Change the following 8 numbers. You can use any number between 2 and 32. These are the characters to be used in authentication. Don't leave the default values!"

Does this help in identifying it?
It might be. I read and use a lot of your things. I have been using this particular captcha for quite some time. I still receive a lot of spam posts though.

How can I determine whether it's your captcha?

Thanks.
Carbonize,

The updated admin reset worked perfectly. Thank you.

I noticed that since transferring my GB from the old host to the new host there have been no new posts to the guestbook...not even spammers. I just tried a "test" post and received the following error:

"The Image Verication code you supplied is incorrect. Please enter the 8 characters that appear in the image."

I know the code I entered was correct. It simply rejects it as incorrect. Any ideas as to what the problem is? Here is the URL to my GB:

http://sperryalumni.org/guestbook/addentry.php

Thanks.
Hello,

I am using Advanced Guestbook 2.3.1. I have not been able to login to Guestbook Admin since my new hosting company transferred my guestbook from my old host.

Today I tried using Carbonize's reset.php (reset_beta) to no avail. This is the error I receive after running "reset.php": "There was a problem changing the username and password. Table 'alumni_agbook1._auth' doesn't exist".

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.
