Poll Imbed SHTML Question

Ok, I got the poll working, and I'm very please with it! Thank you for all the hard work.
The only problem I am having is imbedding a poll into an HTML or SHTML page. I tried for about ten hours yesterday using all the help tools in the Admin section.
Would it be possible for someone to list all the code for a page that has an advanced poll imbeded into it, maybe with a link to the same page online so I could study it?

Found the old forums and saw that you have to rename the entire page to .php. Easy enough and it works now, although I still need to work on the 'Comments'
