Advanced Guestbook Encoding

When I sign the guestbook using the greek language, the encoding is by default switched to WESTERN EUROPEAN (ISO). When I click on "Submit", I get this: One of the input fields does not seem to be valid.

When I manually change the encoding to GREEK (WINDOWS), it submits the entry. How do I make the encoding to be always greek by default? (I need greek encoding to all of the guestbook pages). Thanks for your time!

Try placeing this in the head of all your files on your site

that should be the ISO Charset for greek
