Can't install the text version of Poll 2.02 :( ... plz help

When files are on the FTP with the correct chmod rights as explained on the readme.txt, I try to access my site :

http://www.saiyan.ch/poll/admin/

I get the following :

Parse error: parse error, expecting `','' or `';'' in /home/sites/site9/web/poll/admin/common.inc.php(61) : eval()'d code on line 4

Does any of you what this means ?

I can see it works NOW... I have the same error Parse error: parse error, unexpected

I'm having the same issues as these fellas. Does anyone know the cause of this?

try deleting all the files for adv. poll and download it again. Whatever you do don't edit the files in notepad!!!
