Guestbook where is php.ini ?

"You can also allow people uploading images to your server. The image width and height can be set here. Every image which is bigger will automatically be resized. To use this upload feature you have to turn SAFE MODE off in your php.ini."

In which path do I find the php.ini to turn SAFE MODE off ?

If your using a hosting service you'll have to get them to do it for you. Be warned some might not switch it off because it is seen as a security problem - someone could upload a virus ect. Its not something the user can do if you don't own the server yourself.
