- what version of PHP is on it?
- what version of MySQL is on it?
- what are you doing when the error occurs?

im using a webserver that can host php and mysql..
version of my php is 4
the same as the mysql.
well.. im trying to solve my problem but it seems nothing will happen....

Im trying to fix the error occured, but i cant get through... pls help me.. i want 2 finish my guestbook

I'm trying, but you're not giving enough information.

When I say:

I mean:
- which program were you running? It looks like 'install.php', but what exactly?
- which button did you press? (if any)

I assume you're busy installing the guestbook. The first error occurs in line 10 of the program install.php.

Was this before or after you entered your database name, user name, password, server name, etc.?

Give us more information!! Including things that you think are useless.
