Error when editing templates!

I love your guestbook. It's so much better than the copycat phpBook, which I tried before I found AGB. I am getting the following warning when trying to edit templates.

Warning: fopen(./templates/body.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/joshuasp/public_html/guestbook/lib/admin.class.php on line 193

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/joshuasp/public_html/guestbook/lib/admin.class.php on line 194

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/joshuasp/public_html/guestbook/lib/admin.class.php on line 200

make sure you chmod them to the correct permissions.
chmod permissions for all files is in the readme suppled.
