Guestbook help

I have been at this for a few hours now and just can't figure out how to set this guestbook up. I have read the "readme" file and I have setup the database on my host server and setup up my "config.inc.php", but I keep getting this error message:

hi
when you begin installing guest book its ask to create a new database or create tables in database(if already you have) I refer that you make a database before going to install guest book and then choose option (create tables in data base) and follow the instructions.
one thing more you must configure your config.inc.php file correctly to avoid any problems during installation.hope it will solve your problem.

I need some help with the installation! Actually, alot of help! php is not my language. Could anyone give me some instructions that will help me install it from beginning to end. It would be much appreciated! Thanks to anyone who could help!

why not we must help you to install guest book on your site but first of all you make sure that PHP & MYSQL are installed on your server simply send an email to your hosting company and ask about it.If these are installed then you can run guestbook on your site just folow this option:
(1)open config.inc.php file in any editor "you can use notepad too" and enter your database user name+password+server in this file now save it.
(2)upload all files to your server and then run instal.php file and follow instruction.If you have still trouble plz post your site url and error messege you recieve during installation.
