No images show in poll control panel

I got everything installed, and it all appears to be working alright. But none of the images are appearring on the control panel, just a bunch of red X's. I uploaded it, just like the help file said. Not sure why it can't locate the images. Any ideas?

path to poll img dir. is wrong, try lots of different combination and paths
until they show up. Should be the same as the poll dir box but with /img
or is it /imgs on the end.
